Position Summary

We’re seeking a self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight and can manage multiple projects across design, permitting, and construction. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and excited to wear many hats in a small firm that values collaboration and embraces all ideas. Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborates on project design and independently prepares presentations and executes design  & construction documentation

• Leads proactive coordination process with consultants

• Coordinate, schedule & lead design meetings

• Lead efforts on permitting and construction administration

• Continually improving the quality of project design and documentation standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture

• 4-8+ years experience in hospitality and residential design

• Licensure not required (would be a plus)

• Solid design and graphic skills (both digital and analog)

• Working knowledge of building codes, zoning, and design review board materials required to accomplish project execution goals

• Proficient in translating building science, technology, and constructability from concept into high-quality construction documents

Proficient in design software including:

• Mastery of Revit & Bluebeam is mandatory

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is mandatory

• Microsoft Office fluency is mandatory

• Enscape experience is a plus
