Elegant and casual in design — Aurum Food & Wine in Aspen Snowmass aims to elevate the slopeside dining scene.

Aurum Food & Wine Snowmass

Warm and inviting tones and textures are brought together to help create an inviting atmosphere. Eclectic furniture choices delineate distinct seating zones from casual to private dining. The previous bar was removed from the entry of the space and replaced with floor to ceiling windows and to afford views of the surrounding mountain. Full glazing behind the whiskey library lets in natural light and open the space, allowing for a closer relationship with the surroundings.

The space is separated into distinct zones — bar, lounge, patio, and private dining— through the use of materiality and overhead screens.

Custom fabricated overhead screens help delineate programatic use throughout the space.
