          The site analysis and feasibility study lay the crucial groundwork for any successful project, and helps us determine the most appropriate use of a property based on your objectives, local regulations and codes, as well as its economic viability.

          We believe interior design is inseparable from architecture – though they can be separated, if needed. We typically see the latter in renovation projects, though almost all ground-up projects require some level of interior design.

          At bld, we offer architect-led design build, meaning we will engage a contractor on your behalf who will take your input to create an all-star team to bring your project to life.

          Custom fabrication through our nationally-recognized sister company, Raw Creative, is a unique service our studio is proud to offer. From custom doors, windows and staircases to massive interactive sculptures and structural installations, this is where our unbridled creativity really shines.
